ReplyDeleteI follow your blog since something like 6 months so its time to thank you for all the time you spend to share all these great stuff with us.
Regarding the mix, here is my feedback (provided because I did like very much! ):
- Great intro (very important so people can think about listening longer)
- Average break at 6:10, sounds very common, I am sure you can find better (like the one at 15:10 much heavier voice and feeling)
- 18:10 and following groove at 18:50 : yes ! keep all the mix at this level and you have a perfect mix !
- 27:42 Super break, but the feeling is lost when the beat appears, pitty. Very nice the secong time the break comes as the feeling is kept thanks to the clave.
- 32:30 this saturated sound is hearting my ears , in fact I do not like theses sweet dream re-edit, you mix xwas very "elegant" so far, this dirty saturated sound does not feet to it.
- started to be Ok again with the african style, but as I did prefer the first part I stop my comments here.
Can you post as a comment the track list ?
Second comment: you should tag better your file, including artwork, artist (you), genre, year .... You made the effort to make the artwork, so take the 5 additional seconds to tag it in the file ;)
